Sea Urchin Nutrition Information

Sea Urchin Roe is a rich source of vitamins A, B1, B2, D, E, and zinc. The combination of all these nutrition contents also warms the body and promotes good blood circulation. Very high in protein and zero carbohydrate content.

The Uni Breakdown:

Vitamin B1
  • Helps recover from fatigue.
  • Stabilizes body and mind.
Vitamin B2
  • Metabolizes protein and fat.

If there is a lack of vitamin B1, fatigue and a sense of exhaustion will result. This will affect the muscles, cerebral energy, and mental concentration.

Uni's golden coloring matter results in vitamin A in the body. The colour of uni has a parallel effect as B-carotene in brightly colored vegetables. Pure vitamin called Animal Retinol is also contained in a sea urchin.

If vitamin A runs short, the membrane weakens and will be more prone to viruses such as the cold. Lack of Vitamin A also results in "chappy" skin, hair loss, and fall of eyesight.

Vitamin E
  • Known to help prevent aging, and promotes healthy skin.
Zinc
  • prevents diabetes
  • prevents a prostate gland obstacle.
