In a pot, bring the water and rice to a boil. When the rice is boiling, turn the heat down to medium-low. Stir occasionally until the rice reaches a thick, creamy texture. Add the uni maki bar.
Stir the uni maki bar into the cooked rice until smooth. Add salt to taste. You may also add you optional items here.
