Uni Congee

Ingredients :

  • 1 bar (15 g) Kiku's UNIちゃんMAKI
  • 2/3 cup rice
  • 500 ml (2 cups) - or more - water
  • Salt
  • Optional: chopped green onions, scrambled egg, nori to garnish
In a pot, bring the water and rice to a boil. When the rice is boiling, turn the heat down to medium-low.
Stir occasionally until the rice reaches a thick, creamy texture. Add the uni maki bar.
Make congee and add UNI-chan MAKI
Stir the uni maki bar into the cooked rice until smooth. Add salt to taste. You may also add you optional items here.
Mixed it well
Serve in bowl and enjoy!
