Ingredients :

- 1 bar (15 grams) UNIちゃんMAKI
- 15-20 grams mozzarella cheese, grated
|
|
Place the grated mozzarella cheese in a skillet over low-medium heat. Once the cheese begins to melt, add the UNIちゃんMAKI bar.

|
|
With a heat-resistant spatula, mix the cheese and UNIちゃんMAKI together; continue to mix until well combined. Be sure to control the temperature of the skillet so as to prevent the cheese from burning.

|
Once well-combined, remove from heat and shape the uni cheese into your desired shape and let cool. Plate and enjoy!
